Designed and Developed the Marin Nonprofit Resource Center at 555 Northgate Drive: MarinSpace was wholly responsible for all aspects of this project: leading the concept development process, putting together the financial model, negotiating tenancy partnerships, vendor contracting, facility design, and construction. The $1.65 Million, 12,000 sq ft project, from concept to grand opening, was completed in a year and a half. It came in under budget and exceeded the project's original scope in terms of both volume of square feet improved and quality of finished product.
Justice Center Branding and Signage Project: MarinSpace lead the multi-stakeholder project team that developed the Justice Center’s logo and brand identity, building signage system, and tri-language brochure.
Conducted reserve studies on all three buildings, successfully re-financed 70 Skyview Terrace, and produced, for Marin Community Foundation Property Holdings Inc., comprehensive 10 year proforma financial projections outlining multiple planning scenarios for 555 Northgate and 30 North San Pedro.
