  • Managed the following facility improvement projects: Paving, Roofing, Siding and Painting, Heating and Cooling Systems, Pest Abatement, Irrigation Systems, Security Systems, and Signage.

  • Oversaw property management of approximately 61,000 sq ft in three nonprofit centers serving 24 tenant organizations with over 200 staff and volunteers that assisted more than 50,000 individuals, families and organizations throughout Marin county.

  • Engaged in new or renewal lease negotiations for over 90% of the rentable space in all three buildings. Much of the leasing activity involved complex, individualized negotiations to align tenant grant funding with space needs and lease terms.

  • Increased tenant satisfaction and decreased building owner oversight time through improving the overall building management and implementing standards and processes for reporting, incident follow-up, and information tracking.

  • Developed and managed shared services including more than fifty tenant town hall meetings, brown-bags, workshops, social events, grand openings, and art exhibit installations.

  • Facilitated Green Business Certification of 100% of tenants through our Green Business county partnership program.
